Quit Instagram and Full Time Youtube getting a 9-5

Came across two videos cautioning about being a fulltime youtuber and why instagram might not be worth it for the long term of your business.

This year going all in on youtube, my blog and newsletter.

Just Youtube this year. May give up the substack and beehiiv for a while.

I feel instagram is just for fun I tried promoting my Insta page but it feels like throwing money away just to get attention.

Quitting Instagram for your business

I like her testimony that she asked God about going all in on Youtube and sharing her faith. Its hard not to get sucked into the world and God will he will do what he will do to make it happen. For her its to stop using Instagram and have FOMO

Also I feel that keeping things simple is important to share and run a business at 50.

Quit Youtuber Full time and getting a 9-5

Next U found this video about a Youtube quitting and just getting a regular 9-5. I do like his honesty about the grind on Youtube which can be a drag. I do feel that my current journey in Youtube I need to take stock on Why I am doing it and not worry too much about the analytics.

Making Content can be fun but if I have nothing to sell I think its ok.

I think I might just document my journey and not just crank out stuff the niche wants. Sometimes Educational Content does not do great.
