I came across Dan Koe post on the future of work. And he thinks and predicts there will be less employment. There has been more layoffs happening on the US Side.

• More will join the creator economy
• More freelancers working on their own time
• More One Person businesses

He still thinks One Person business will be the norm. Many fear AGI and being replaced. But I don’t think so.

I feel Dan Koe and other creators are building alternate systems so they can get users on board to use them and monetise their data.

Upskilling

I feel that upskilling the right skills will be the way forward. Picking lucrative industries upcoming. Mainly Green Tech or AI Related if you are in those fields.

I think having more entrepreneur mindset will be key. Even if you are going to look for another job.

I do think like President Tharman talked about Jobs Mis-matches happening at larger macro economic level. So this could be a contributing factor.
