I decided to double down for now on Substack for now. I do feel that the platform is still in the early days now as mention in this note:

The beneifits of the platform is to build an email list. I did try to take that list and put it on Kit or Beehiiv but I feel the questions remains can you grow and maintain the list and still get discovered outside of the platofrm?

At the moment I do see a few others that tried to use ghost or beehiiv import their list and posts over. Google SEO is crushing small blog owners. And AI will make it worse with giving summaries of the top 1-2 blogs.

But make not mistake the platform is still funded by billionaires and VCs (Venture Capital) so they will want a return on investment. I am keeping Beehiiv and Ghost around as an escape hatch so if things go bad on substack which they do after the early adopter phase.
